  P.C. FIH Hockey5s world cup is a newly inaugurated form of hockey with 5 players on each side of field. It is short than original hockey and is played in two halves, 15 min each and total 30 mins. Hockey5s world cup will be played between 28 th -31 st January 2024. Its world cup will be something thrilling and exciting for fans who loves shorter format of Hockey. Teams from different continent have played qualifier event to qualify for Hockey5s World cup 2024. Oman has qualified for world cup on the basis of being host country. Teams from all over world perform their level best to be on the top side of the continental qualifiers to qualify for Hockey5s qualifier. Pakistan has played Asian Hockey5s World Cup Qualifiers with teams like India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan etc. Top 3 teams were able to qualify for World Cup 2024 in Oman.   P.C. PAKISTAN HOCKEY FEDRATION Pakistan is facing difficult period in its national game i.e., Hockey. In recent times Pakistani players had a chance to showcase their performance in men’s Asian games 2023Pakistan started of their campaign in quite a style. Pakistan played its first match in China against Singapore on 24 of September 2023 and won quite comprehensively by the margin of 11-0. In the second match against Bangladesh Pakistan was able to defeat by the score of 5-2. In the third match against Uzbekistan Pakistan launched attached and won by the greatest margin ever by Pakistan. Score against Uzbekistan was 18-2.
