Sarfaraz Ahmed not selected in Pakistan’s squad for WC 2023

Image
P.C. Mashriq Tv Sarfaraz Ahmed, despite being in the best form of his life, did not make it to the One Day International World Cup Squad of Pakistan. After his performance in the Asia Cup, it was expected that Muhammad Haris would be left out of the team and Sarfaraz Ahmed would be included in the squad, as Muhammad Haris was not able to perform where he was given chances. Considering the current form of Sarfaraz, he is in red-hot form  as he is piling up runs in the Quaid e Azam Trophy 2023-2024. He is one of the top run scorers in the trophy. He is also doing his primary job of wicket-keeping very well. Secondly, considering his experience, he could play a vital role even in a dressing room by encouraging players' motivation, and his experience could calm the nerves of many players in the dressing room. Similarly, Babar Azam (captain of the Pakistan cricket team) will also be able to get assistance as Sarfaraz Ahmed has the U-19 World Cup, Champions Trophy 2017, and PSL 2019 unde

On the other hand, Pakistan still had hope as Muhammad Yasir was also participating in the event but it seemed quite difficult as he was up against one of the world’s best Neeraj Chopra. Arshad Nadeem’s absence proved to be unhelpful as Pakistan could not secure a medal in Javelin throw competition. Muhammad Yasir throwed his Heart out in the game but could not cross 80m line. He cam

P.C. THE NEWS INTERNATIONAL The Reason why Rizwan was not part of World cup 2023 Couple of reasons why Rizwan was not considered as backup wk. in the 15-member squad of WC 2019.    There was no option of travelling reserve at that time. So only 15 members were allowed to travel.    Where you would have adjusted him? At whom place? Like, Haris can not replace any one from the squad right now, there was no one else who could've left out for Rizwan.  Before 2019 world cup Rizwan was tried since 2014 but he could not justify his place in the squad and Sarfaraz cemente
